Conor Oberst When:11/19/2008 Conor Oberst was here last for the Austin City Limits Music Festival. His latest record is under his own name, not Bright Eyes, yet the differences are mostly in band mates, not in direction. His ACL set was confident and straightforward- easily one of the festival's highlights and it's a good bet the self-titled album he's touring in support of will wind up on more than a few year-end lists next month.
